~EASTER BRUNCH 101 ☺

On Easter Sunday, my mom and I went over to my sister and brother-in-law's house for a lovely Easter brunch.

Though my sister's asparagus with homemade hollandaise sauce was spectacular, her fingerling potatoes were even better!  They were covered in a divine combination of ingredients which included olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and maple mustard.  I ate about 15 pounds of them, and after they were all gone, I proceeded to stick the huge serving spoon in my mouth so I could eat the final traces of the magical mixture off of it.

We also had Honey Baked Ham on rolls and a couple of different kinds of deviled eggs, and we washed it all down with iced water that had slices of lemon and cucumber in it.

While enjoying our repast, we consulted a print-out I brought along in order to find out what our Easter Bunny names are.

After eating, I snapped an Easter portrait of the fam...

And I couldn't resist taking some pics of my sweet nephew...

Mom created a beautiful little flower arrangement for
the table...

I'm so happy I was able to spend a relaxing afternoon with my family--it was a fun time.

All I have to say is: same time next year!
